About this apartment rental
A practical, no-fuss studio in one of Sydney's most connected inner-city neighbourhoods, dated in style but easy to settle into and well-suited to longer stays where location matters most. The open-plan layout combines the sleeping, dining and living areas into one simple space. A TV with Chromecast, split-system air conditioning and ceiling fan help make evenings indoors comfortable after busy days around the city.
The kitchen is compact yet functional, equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge, and everything needed for easy home cooking. The dining table provides a casual place for morning coffee or takeaway dinners, while the private balcony offers a quiet spot to savour a cup of coffee before heading out to explore Glebe’s attractions.
The studio features a queen bed as the main sleeping area, plus a separate sleeping nook enclosed by plantation shutter doors with a custom-built daybed. The daybed is wider than a king single but slightly shorter in length, making it best suited for a child or shorter adult. The bathroom includes a shower-over-bath, while a private washing machine and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
The building also includes access to a shared pool and sauna, ideal for unwinding after a long day. Secure garage parking for one vehicle is included, a valuable addition in this central location. The garage fits medium-sized cars only, with a 2-metre clearance height.
Please note that the daybed is only set up for a third guest.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourselves, including access to the communal pool and sauna. Please make yourselves at home!
Glebe is one of Sydney's most walkable neighbourhoods, and the studio puts you right in the heart of it. Within a short walk, explore an eclectic mix of dining spots, including Spanish Tapas, Naan House, Vecino Gourmet, Mestizo Bar & Latin Cuisine, and Tommy's Beer Cafe. Broadway Sydney shopping mall is just a three-minute walk away for everyday essentials and retail. On Saturdays, Glebe Markets bring the neighbourhood to life with vintage finds, street food, live music and handmade wares. Victoria Park is right on your doorstep, ideal for a morning walk or run. The Chau Chak Wing Museum at the University of Sydney is also within easy walking distance for a cultural afternoon. When you're ready to venture further, Darling Harbour, the CBD, and Central Station are all easily reachable on foot or by a quick bus or light rail ride.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
