Semi-detached house of 85m2, quiet, in the heart of the forest with a large garden.

Located in Noisy-sur-Ecole, our house is a haven of peace in the heart of nature.
Our house is divided into 2, your house and garden are totally independent, the parking space is shared.
On the first floor you have a living room of 40 m2 with an open kitchen, a living room, many games
We have a television, without a channel but with more than 300 dvds.
We offer free internet, as well as 3 crashpads, a slackline and bicycles (all this is usually paid in the other cottages).
A balcony opens onto large bay windows.
A brand new shower room with a toilet and a sink.
A spiral staircase leads upstairs.
Arriving at the top, you will find a large open bedroom with 3 single adult beds, plus 1 mezzanine in 140 cm.
You will also find 2 small bedrooms, each with a large 140 bed for 2 people.
The garden is for you. It is 1500 m2.
In the garden you have tables and chairs for eating outside, a barbecue, aperitif chairs and sun loungers.
On the games side, a ping-pong table, a slide hut and a Swing.

For large groups or families, we have another larger cottage (185m2), with 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, for 14 people.
