The breezy, open floor plan combines a well-equipped, full kitchen with a large dining area and a comfortable living space. The fabulous screened-in front porch is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon reads, while a nearby picnic table is ideal for lunches, arts and crafts, and games. Spend lazy afternoons or indulge in summertime cookouts out on the large, furnished deck in secluded privacy. And when it's time to call it a night, this home offers five cozy bedrooms including two main bedrooms with two queen-size beds, one with a double, and two well-appointed bunk rooms.

-No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.
-Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

-Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.

The property and the house are lovely with a lot of charm. For the price, I would expect it to be cleaner. For instance, the fans downstairs are loaded with dust, but are a must to keep on due to no AC. Also, for the price, and given how hard it is to transport to Fire Island, when someone is staying for a week, it would be great to have a little more on the supply side, like laundry detergent and dishwasher liquid. Otherwise, the house is perfect. We had a very memorable time

If you’re searching for a slice of paradise, look no further than this wonderful home! From the moment you step inside, you’ll be in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious open design has charming decor, with a comfortable and great vibe. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. The open-concept living area is wonderful for hanging out with family and friends.
The upstairs bedrooms have ocean views. The nearness of the beach is a game-changer. There's a cozy screened-in porch for morning coffee and an expansive deck for enjoying sunset cocktails.
This home has a great balance between comfort, great design and convenience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
