Welcome to DUA Tiny Home, your cozy and inviting guesthouse retreat. This thoughtfully designed studio (attached ADU) blends comfort, style, and privacy to create a relaxing and memorable stay. With its own private entrance, you'll enjoy a peaceful space that feels like your own home away from home.

Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The living room sofa easily converts into a queen-size bed, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Whether you're visiting for work, medical treatment, an extended stay, or simply a relaxing getaway, DUA Tiny Home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and value.

Your comfort is our top priority. DUA Tiny Home is professionally cleaned, inspected, and carefully prepared before every guest's arrival to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

• Up to 2 hours: $100
• 2–3 hours: $200

Please note that early check-in and late check-out requests cannot always be accommodated, especially when we have guests arriving or departing on the same day.

House Guidelines

To help ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

• Pets: Not permitted

• Property Access: Access is limited to DUA Tiny Home and the designated parking area. The main house and backyard are private and not available for guest use.

• Minimum Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

• Food & Drinks: Please avoid eating or drinking in bed. Closed water bottles are permitted. Additional cleaning fees may apply for stains or excessive messes.

• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.

• Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins before departure.

• Damages: Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported as soon as possible, either upon arrival or within 24 hours of occurrence.

• Dishes: Please wash dishes before checking out.

• Windows & Doors: Please keep all windows closed and ensure doors are locked when leaving the property.

• Laundry: Do not overload the washer or dryer, and please clean the lint trap after using the dryer.

• Storage Closet: The storage closet is reserved for supplies and should remain closed and locked.

• Complimentary Items: Any leftover food, beverages, or supplies left by previous guests may be used at your discretion. Freshness and availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.

• Parties & Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and additional fees.

• Registered Guests Only: Only guests included on the reservation may access the property unless prior approval is obtained. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges of up to $500 per person.

• Illegal Activities: Strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property.

• Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of neighboring residents at all times and keep noise to a minimum.
