Welcome to THE Lily Pad, which sits directly on Lake Cumberland looking westward into a beautiful cove offering gorgeous sunsets! Bring your boat right to your own private dock!
The Space:
The Private Dock features a large retractable sunshade, two kayaks, Hook & Ring game, portable Bluetooth speaker w/ microphone, outdoor shower, propane grill and fire pit, cushioned outdoor seating and zero gravity chairs. Inside is a fully equipped home including a pizza stone, large tumblers, nesting table, TV trays, video games, and puzzles.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz and a community bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms/showers.
The Neighborhood:
This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.
Getting Around:
You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.
