About this house rental
In a region of famous vineyards and castles, near the A62 motorway, Bordeaux 30 minutes away, atypical stone house in a quiet area comprising on the first floor, large living room dining room, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and WC, winter garden of 40 m², and upstairs, two bedrooms with beds and a bedroom with bunk beds, shower room and separate WC. Parking on the property. Important clarification: due to asthma and allergies, I cannot accommodate pets.
The accommodation
The house includes the day part on the first floor including living room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom and toilet as well as a very bright winter garden of 40 m2, a tiled outdoor patio with barbecue and a small garden on the other side of the house
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 140 beds and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet
Other remarks
For allergic reasons, I ask that guests not be accompanied by pets. Thank you for your understanding
