It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and a large television for your moments of relaxation, followed by a superb convivial dining table. Continuing on, a large and beautiful wooden kitchen, entirely open to the dining room, has everything you need to cook with ease. The door to the right of the kitchen leads to a garage (reserved for storage), where a wooden staircase takes you to a charming mezzanine: a true little relaxation corner with mattress and blankets on the floor, cushions, books, board games and children's toys. The exterior is equally appealing with its superb terrace equipped with an awning, complete garden furniture, a bench and a basketball hoop, all overlooking a large fully enclosed garden with a swing for the happiness of the youngest.



The night space is cleverly distributed for everyone's comfort through three independent bedrooms:



-Room 1: Located to the left of the living room and separated by a sliding door, it has a comfortable double sofa bed (140x190).

-Room 2: Equipped with a double sofa bed (140x190), a practical desk area to isolate yourself, as well as its own toilet with a small sink.

-Room 3: Ideal for children or loved ones, it offers two single beds (90x190).



To complete everything, the house has a large main bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer for you to relax after a day in the fresh air. Outside, you can park your vehicle safely right in front of the garage.
