Marina Kröslin is located on the mainland across from Peenemünde, the well-known museum town home to the famous Historical Technical Museum. As the only 5-star marina in the Usedom region, it is attracting more and more recreational boaters. A first-class and easily accessible sailing and water sports area, nestled in a beautiful, unspoiled Bodden landscape with abundant pristine nature, plentiful reeds, and clean water.



Houseboat Silvia:

The “Silvia”—the most ship-like of all houseboats. It was built in the spring of 2018. In May 2026, the houseboat was moved to Marina Kröslin and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The houseboat offers everything that makes a stay here pleasant and truly unique: plenty of glass and an optimal layout of the two bedrooms and the living area with a spacious terrace.

With a total floor area of approximately 45 m², the houseboat features a living area with an open-concept kitchen, a terrace, and additional outdoor space, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The upper deck features an additional sun deck. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. In the living room, a TV and a radio provide entertainment.

The houseboat Silvia is a non-smoking property.
