The houseboat is part of the “Floating 44” series—the most ship-like of all houseboats. It was launched at Marina Kröslin in the summer of 2023 and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The houseboat offers everything that makes a stay here pleasant and truly unique: a fireplace, plenty of glass, and an optimal layout of the two bedrooms and the living area with a spacious terrace (bow and upper deck).
Covering a total floor area of approximately 45 m², the houseboat features a living area with an open-concept kitchen, a terrace, and additional outdoor space, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a restroom with a sink. On the upper deck is an additional sun deck with a sun lounger and lounge furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The living room features a TV for entertainment.
