Welcome to Sunrise Fields, a charming pet-friendly farmhouse in Mount Vernon, Washington, tucked into the beautiful Skagit Valley countryside just minutes from La Conner and the famous Skagit Valley tulip fields. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out, our farmhouse is an ideal home base for a Skagit Valley getaway, Tulip Festival weekend, family vacation, wedding weekend, couples trip or San Juan Islands adventure.
Surrounded by farmland, mature trees and wide-open Skagit Valley views, Sunrise Fields offers the peaceful feel of a country retreat while keeping you close to some of Northwest Washington's favorite destinations. Spend the day exploring La Conner, the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, Deception Pass, Anacortes and the San Juan Islands, then come home to relax and enjoy the quiet countryside.
Inside the main house, you'll find a cozy sitting room and spacious living room with plenty of room to gather. The well-equipped kitchen offers ample cabinetry and workspace for everything from morning coffee and breakfast to a family dinner after a day of exploring.
The main house has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and Smart TV, along with two full bathrooms.
Our third bedroom, lovingly called the Coo-Room, has two Twin XL beds and a Smart TV. It's accessible through the interior of the garage, giving older kids, teens or additional guests a fun space of their own. Please note that the Coo-Room is separate from the main living area, and guests will walk through the garage to access the main house and both bathrooms. Just follow the hooves!
Outside, you'll have room to slow down, take in the surrounding farmland and enjoy the beauty of the Skagit Valley. Depending on the season, you may find yourself surrounded by spring tulips and daffodils, summer farmland, fall colors or the incredible migratory birds and snow geese that visit the valley during the cooler months.
