Cascais Villa Oasis by Cadenzalux

Known as a famous retreat of Portuguese royalty, Cascais has long-been the haunt of some of Europe’s most elite.



With its white sandy beaches, elegant heritage, and charming cobbled streets, it is no wonder that people continue to flock back here. The Cascais Villa Oasis has an austere yet inviting feel to it, with a pillared entrance way, shuttered windows, and red tiled roofs. The sprawling villa has ten bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 18 guests.



The villa has white metal gates that open onto ia large private parking space, complete with two indoor garages. The inside of the villa pops with modern art and exquisite furnishings. A long dining table with seating for 20 people is positioned in the middle of the main living area, and large French windows at one end shed a constant stream of natural light into the room, as well as providing beautiful views of the pool beyond. Adjacent to the dining table is a large sofa facing a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. This in turn leads into an indoor pillared sitting room, complete with leather sofas and a fireplace. The kitchen is sleek and modern with every amenity you could dream of. A large central island complete with bar stools and made out of marble is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast. Jet black cupboards and another flat-screen TV add to the choc vibe. There is also a gym with lots of equipment, meaning you can keep on top of your fitness whilst enjoying the beautiful Portuguese sun.



A spiralling staircase up from the beautiful central hallway leads to the bedrooms, which are all spacious with large windows and excellent storage space. There are multiple bathrooms, all with modern amenities designed with your utmost comfort in mind.



One bathroom particularly stands out. Tiled completely in blue and white, the walls depict a story in themselves. On the floor of this bathroom are small patches of grass, and there is a small circular window looking down at the grounds below. This truly unique room will make you feel completely removed from your normal life- having a shower here is an experience in itself.



All in all, the Cascais Villa Oasis has serious wow-factor, and a stay here will be truly unforgettable. The grounds are equally as impressive as the interiors.



Outside, there is a covered dining table and an outdoor sofa seating zone overlooking the pool and garden. Umbrellas are dotted here and there around the garden, meaning those who want to escape the sun for a moment or two can. The pool is surrounded by wooden decking and pine trees, with stone steps leading down to it from the main house. The pool also has a built-in diving platform.
