About this house rental
A magnificent 550 sq. m. villa located near Cascais, a well-known seaside resort a ½ hour
from Lisbon. Ten minutes from the beach. 2,000 sq. m. garden with a swimming pool. Ideal
for large families with its seven bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms. Can accommodate
up to 20 people.
The villa is situated in an exclusive and very quiet residential neighborhood 3.5 km from the
center of Cascais, but less than a kilometer away from all the stores. The lovely little beach
in Cascais, and the large beach in Guincho—perfect for water sports—are less than a 10-
minute drive away.
The 2,000-square-meter garden is a great playground for children, who will also appreciate the 9-
meter-long oval swimming pool. The outdoor spaces are particularly well-equipped, allowing
you to make the most of the region’s pleasant, mild climate: a covered porch with garden
furniture and a dining area under the pergola.
The villa is very spacious. It’s a true family home, tastefully decorated, warm, and welcoming,
with top-quality amenities. Fully air-conditioned, it can easily accommodate everyone, while
respecting the comfort and privacy of each:
Ground floor:
• Fully equipped kitchen, access to the terrace
• Living room 1 with lounge and library, opening onto the terrace
• Living room 2 with dining area opening onto the lounge and onto the terrace
• Living room 3 with TV
• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king-size bed, en suite shower room—shower and toilet
• Bedroom 2: king-size bed, en suite shower room—shower and toilet
First floor:
• Bedroom 3: king-size bed, en suite bathroom—bathtub, shower, and toilet
• Bedroom 4: king-size bed
• Bedroom 5: two 90 cm beds and two extra beds if needed
• Bedroom 6: two 90 cm beds or a king-size bed
• Shower room—shower and toilet
• Shower room—shower and toilet
Basement level but with large windows and doors leading to the garden:
• Bedroom 7: playroom or dormitory-style room: up to 4 extra 90 cm beds
A barbecue, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and children’s toys are available for use.
You can park 6 cars on the property.
Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made upon arrival. You’ll find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Optional services
are available upon request at the time of reservation.

The apartment itself is beautiful and well functioning. There is lot of space and details (air con, kitchenware, etc) work nicely.
There was good level of service and communication with the owner was easy, he was nice and helpful.
Amount of art was surprising and was not only positive for family with kids. Luckily everything went well, but we needed to be more carefull with the kids than in apartment with less easily breaking art works. On the otherhand pool was excellent also for the kids.
Overall the place was great and the week was excellent.

Our stay at the villa was simply amazing!
Duarte welcomed us very friendly and warmly with a huge fruit basket and very delicious port wine.
The villa itself is much bigger than you can see on the fotos. It was just perfect for our stay of 15 people.
The domestic staff was also simply amazing. They were always friendly and did an amazing job in keeping the house clean throughout the week!
I couldn't recomend any other villa more!

Nuestra estancia ha sido excepcional. La casa ha sido muy cómoda para todas las familias donde todos teníamos nuestras estancias con nuestro baño independiente. Muchos grandes espacios interiores y exteriores donde poder compartir el día a día (comidas, cenas, ocio, etc.). Una cocina espectacular con todo tipo de detalles. Un entorno natural totalmente íntimo con un gran jardín y piscina acondicionada en temperatura para que los niños la disfruten al máximo. Todo esto con una decoración exquisita. Además hemos contado con la atención de Sandra que nos ha ayudado en todo momento dejando cada día la casa como si acabáramos de entrar. En definitiva, todo un éxito!
