Get a wood fire going in the fireplace and settle in for a perfectly peaceful vacation at this serene, two-story cabin tucked away among the trees. Lovingly constructed by a local artisan using trees forested from the area, this mountain-view home offers a unique experience for your next stay in the town of Fairview. Throughout this property's four hikeable, wooded acres, you'll find rock staircases, tranquil ponds, and rushing creeks with waterfalls to admire. When you want to get out and explore, make your way to Catawba Falls, Veterans Park, and downtown Black Mountain, all less than 10 miles from your door. This property is also only 18 miles from the heart of Asheville. Inside, discover rustic touches and numerous modern amenities to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your guests. Whip up your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and then dine indoors or out. After meals, settle into the main living area and stream your favorite channels, or borrow a book and make your way into the upstairs reading nook located across the suspended walkway. The front porch provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind and listen to the wildlife in a comfortable rocking chair. Additional features and amenities include a convenient washer/dryer, a gas grill, and a firepit for roasting s'mores, telling stories, and stargazing. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the character of the house and the tranquility of being tucked away in the trees, still relatively close to everything we needed.
