Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.
Welcome to this spacious and beautifully designed beach retreat located in the highly sought after Singleton Beach community, known for its stunning custom homes and unbeatable proximity to the shoreline. With multiple living spaces, private balconies, elevator access to all levels, and room for the entire family to spread out, this home is perfect for a memorable Hilton Head getaway.
As you arrive, the home immediately impresses with its grand coastal design. Upstairs near the front entrance, guests are welcomed by the private pool and spa area, complete with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table for four, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
Step inside to the first level, where a full bathroom is conveniently located just off the entryway. Straight ahead is Bedroom 1, featuring a custom double over king bunk bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower.
To the right of the entrance is a secondary living area, ideal for large families wanting separate hangout spaces. This cozy retreat includes comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a TV. Just off this space is Bedroom 2, offering two double beds, a custom twin over twin bunk bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.
Upstairs on the main living level, the home opens into a warm and inviting gathering space with plush seating, a fireplace, TV, and coastal decor. Adjacent is the dining area with seating for eight and a beautifully updated kitchen featuring modern appliances, double ovens, and a large island with seating for five.
Bedroom 3 is also located on this level and includes a king bed, TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. An additional shared balcony with seating is also located nearby.
The top floor is home to Bedrooms 4 and 5. Bedroom 4 features a custom king over double bunk bed, TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Bedroom 5 offers a king bed, TV, fireplace, and a spacious private bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower. The laundry room is conveniently located on this level as well.
The lower level currently features an open recreation area with a foosball table, with additional games and seating coming soon to create an even better entertainment space for guests.

The home is open, tons of natural light, clean and excellent for a large group. It is within very close walking distance to the beach, and there are tons of fun games and activities around the pool and in the garage. It is well equipped for a fun time!

This property was just as described, all I can say is add the extra for elevator due to lots of stairs that we didn’t know prior to check in. But our experience at this property was amazing for our women’s group that travels all over the country for annual retreats! The host made our experience great with his prompt responses, and ensuring our stay was comfortable. I will definitely be back

Great beach access and quiet with lots of sleeping space. But, house was very sparse. Many features were off limits- fireplaces not active, no stopper in the one bathtub so it couldn’t be used. Of course the pool and elevator were extra charges. Furnishings were minimal.
