Equipped with a basic kitchen and shower room, a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a balcony with an outdoor table, a washing machine, free parking and a bicycle room. No WiFi, no elevator, no linen included.

PGJyPgThe accommodations are ideal for 2 adults. It can accommodate 2 children up to 12 years old on the sofa bed, extra bed suitable for children.
Not suitable for 4 adults, nor for teenagers looking for comfort equivalent to a second bedroom.
This rental is at a deliberately affordable rate because it is a simple accommodation with a view to its sale.
It is suitable for travellers who are looking for a good location and above all excellent value for money, rather than hotel comfort or recent decoration.

. A simple kitchen with limited equipment, a hob, an oven, a fridge without a freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. No dishwasher.

A living room with a sofa bed only reserved for 1 or 2 children up to 12 years old.

On prior request, a concierge service can be ordered:
- Linen at the rate of €50 for 1 bed including bed linen, 2 towels per person and 2 dish towels.
€50 per additional bed for the sofa bed including towels.
- a cleaning service is available on prior request, at a cost of €50.
At your convenience, the exit cleaning can also be carried out by you.
To be carried out carefully before your departure with the instruction to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival:
- vacuuming and washing of all the floors of the apartment and dusting of flat surfaces,
- impeccable cleaning of the kitchen: sink, work surface, hob, oven and refrigerator, storage of dishes. Emptied bin.
- cleaning of the toilets
- cleaning of the shower tray, sink and taps.
- cleaning of the windows if fingerprints.
Please note that in the event of non-compliant cleaning - if the accommodations are not returned in a state of cleanliness equivalent to that of your arrival - a cleaning fee of €50 will be required for the intervention of the concierge service.
If pets are present, make sure that they do not bark in your absence if necessary.
