Built by a renowned luxury home builder, this stylishly furnished flat is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac in the highly desirable Sunnyside Park area. With high ceilings, radiant heating, and plenty of space, it’s the perfect home base for families, couples, or business travelers seeking a hassle-free, comfortable stay.

Bedrooms: 2 fully private, cozy bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 1Double Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bathroom: 1 beautifully tiled, fully stocked 3-piece bathroom.
Kitchen: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and plenty of counter space.
Living Area: Open-concept living room a dining table and high-speed Wi-Fi.
To ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and delightful experience, we kindly remind you of some guidelines during your stay:
I would also like to remind you of the house rules:
No Drug or Cannabis use, Open Flames, Candles or Fireworks Anywhere on the property
No Smoking of cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes.
No undeclared guests, No parties, no Events.
Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am.
Please pay attention to garbage recycling.
If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be ducted from security deposit or sought after.
Missing Items / Shipping Policy
If you leave something behind after checkout, we are happy to mail it to you. A $30.00 handling fee will be charged plus the actual postage cost. Items will be shipped only after full payment for both the handling fee and postage has been received.
Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 4 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
