The accommodation includes an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with electric fire, a separate snug with electric fire, a utility, and a ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with TVs, comprising two doubles and one twin, served by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Underfloor heating and gas central heating are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. TV, WiFi, and a selection of children’s games and toys are included. Fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and a barbecue, along with roadside parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
