The Space:
This spacious townhouse is set over three floors and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you're visiting with family, friends or as a base to explore the Peak District.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
The comfortable living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with cosy seating, a SKY TV and direct access to the private outdoor patio.
There is a family bathroom with both a bath and overhead shower, along with an additional downstairs WC.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples or small groups.
Outside, you'll find a private patio area with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a drink after a day in the Peak District.
Guest Access:
The check in information is sent out 2 days before check in (around 4pm).
One off-road parking space is available next to the house. Otherwise guests can park on the road in front of the property, where parking is unrestricted.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled on the edge of the Peak District National Park, this property is perfectly placed for exploring one of the UK's most beautiful landscapes. Just a short drive away, you'll find the picturesque village of Castleton, famous for its charming pubs, independent cafés, historic Peveril Castle, and the stunning Mam Tor and Winnats Pass viewpoints.
The surrounding area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists, with easy access to the High Peak Trail, Cromford Canal, and countless scenic routes through rolling countryside and dramatic limestone valleys.
History lovers can explore the UNESCO-listed Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site, while families can enjoy the area's famous show caves, including Peak Cavern, Speedwell Cavern, Blue John Cavern and Treak Cliff Cavern.
Despite being close to some of the Peak District's most popular attractions, the neighbourhood offers a peaceful setting where you can relax after a day of adventure, with local pubs, village amenities and beautiful countryside right on your doorstep.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy, with excellent access to the Peak District and surrounding towns. Cromford railway station is nearby, offering direct connections to Derby and Matlock. Regular bus services run throughout the area, while guests travelling by car can easily explore attractions including Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Matlock Bath, Castleton and the wider Peak District National Park. Many local walks, pubs, cafés and amenities are also within easy reach.
