This recently renovated one-bedroom apartment is a bright and comfortable base for five, with a private terrace or balcony.

The apartment features a double bedroom alongside a living area with two single sofa beds — one with a pull-out bed for younger guests — and a TV. The bathroom provides comfortable daily use for the group. The equipped open-plan kitchenette includes a combined oven-microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher for relaxed self-catering. Bed linen and towels are included, and the private terrace or balcony is a natural spot for breakfasts and evening drinks under the Landes sky. Free parking is available within the residence.

The unheated outdoor pool and children's paddling pool are open from May to September, and table tennis and a play area are free throughout the stay. A bicycle storage facility is available on-site, and golf and bike hire can be arranged nearby as paid options.

The lake beaches are 800 metres away for swimming, windsurfing, and paddleboarding. Hiking and horse riding trails wind through the surrounding pine forest, and sailing is available on the lake. Arcachon's famous oyster beds and bay are 30km away, with Bordeaux reachable in around an hour for a cultural day out.
