Come and settle in our charming apartment, renovated and equipped in 2019, to fully enjoy your holidays and the Atlantic beaches. Five minutes from the central beach, you are also close to shops, neighborhood restaurants, and other activities at Biscarrosse-Plage, without touching your car.

A stone's throw from the city center, but without noisy shops nearby, this ground floor apartment, with its large veranda and its shaded private terrace, will allow you to relax upon arrival.
A small kitchen optimized to perfection (oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, storage) and its dining area under a bright veranda equipped with an electric blind, will allow you to receive easily.
The living room adjoining the kitchen is equipped with a 3-seater sofa and armchairs to accommodate everyone for TV evenings or board game evenings.
The downstairs bedroom is a double bedroom with storage.
Small practical and equipped bathroom (110 shower cubicle, sink, heated towel rail and washing machine). The toilets are separate.

Appartement très bien situé (on peut aller à la plage à pied, ce qui est pratique pour les baignades mais aussi pour se promener après le repas), et très bien aménagé. Les petits déjeunés et les repas dans la véranda sont agréables. La cuisine est très bien équipé et avec du matériel de qualité. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle. Les commerces et restaurants sont à 5mn à pied ce qui les rend très accessibles mais sans les nuisances sonores que l'on aurait du supporter en étant plus proches.
Le propriétaire a très bien organisé l'ensemble des ustensiles disponibles, ils sont faciles à trouver et toutes les notices d'utilisation sont accessibles.

Le matériel est tout récent et de bonne qualité. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La literie est parfaite !
Les démarches avec les propriétaires ont été simples, efficaces et conviviales.
