This luxurious 2-bedroom retreat features 2 king beds, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, oven, W&D, etc. Enjoy two pools including an infinity pool on the rooftop with amazing views, jacuzzi, gym, lush green areas, BBQ area, paddle court, parking, and 24/7 security. Sophisticated, elegant, and over the top!
The space
This property has been recently delivered in 2024, the spaces are ample, construction materials are solid and the finishes are just beautiful. Gotta love the white quartz countertops, the height on a 4th level with ocean views, spacious rooms with closets, smart TVs, along with a mini split AC unit and ceiling fan. The kitchen has many appliances including an air fryer, a dish washer, a Ninja blender, a cooler and plastic cups for the pool, wine glasses of all kinds, a trolly to carry to the beach and many more items!

The entire private unit is available for our guests, including a parking stall if needed. About the common areas all are for their use and joy, all the amenities including the gym, infinity pool, jacuzzi, swimming pools, BBQ's, etc. Please respect the amenities' schedule and rules to avoid penaltys.
Other things to note
Non-smoking unit, there is an assigned area for smoking inside the complex.
Weekly cleaning included in the price, every Thursday at 12pm. We provide laundry detergent, softener, oxy clean and bleach.
It is a condominium, please respect your neighbors, the rules and schedules to avoid sanctions, we all love Mar de Plata and want to keep it that way
