Casita Camino al Mar is a Palapa Style Boutique Villa that offers 3 King Bedrooms with Lofts and A/C located 1/2 block to Miles of Sandy Beach in the Seaside Village of Bucerias, just 10 mi north of the PVR Airport &10 min from Sayulita/Punta Mita.
The Location is Ideal for Exploring the Beach (less than a min walk from the front door) and the Small Town’s Artisan Market, Shops, Art Galleries, and Great Restaurants all within a 3-5 min Walk. The Casita blurs the lines between Indoors and Out and Offers over 3,000 square feet of Combined Indoor/Outdoor Living Spaces, including Garden Lounge Areas, an Outdoor Beach Shower, a Large Covered Pergola with Bar and Grill for Outdoor Entertaining, and Features an Oversized Heated Swimming Pool (35 ft X 16 ft with Salt Water Filtration System) and a Beautiful Stone Fountain Cascade that Spills into the Pool.

Large Groups (8 or More Bedrooms): The Casita can be combined with the Hacienda (7 Bedrooms-Property 203258) for a Total of 10 Bedrooms with 2 Private Pools. This is a great option for Beach Weddings, Milestone Celebrations and Family and Friend Reunions!
We work with a wonderful event designer. Minimum 8 Bedroom Reservation Required (3 BR casita + 5 BR in main villa) to combine both properties for one group. Please inquire for rates and details.
Rates are based on 6 guests. Each additional guest is $40 US/night plus 19% tax.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed and a small loft that has 2 twin beds (intended for parents who have up to 2 children sharing their room). There are ladders with 5 steps up to the loft, so best suited for children over 8 years old. For younger children a fold out twin mattress can be accommodated on the main floor of the room. The villa has one portacrib and one high chair.

Place was huge! Great spot for 1-3 families. Comfy and own pool! Great location as can walk to town easily and 1 block from beach. Coordinating with the cook and house manager was very easy. They ate there to make your stay great!

The town of Bucerias already holds so many fond memories for our family, and The Casita only added to them. From the moment our family arrived, the house, staff, and property exceeded every expectation we had, and some. Starting with Mari, who honestly deserves her own five-star review; her cooking and service was nothing short of extraordinary. Every meal was full of flavor and perfectly suited to our unique tastes, which helped make us feel right at home. Mari kept the casita very clean throughout our stay and is genuinely warm, kind, and wonderful. The casita is absolutely beautiful, well designed, comfortable, and full of local and classy charm. The property was a perfect balance of relaxed coastal living and luxury, while also being practically functional. The private pool was most popular with our nephews, who spent almost every second possible in it. The beach is just steps away and was everything we could have wanted on our vacation. My only hesitation in writing this 5 star review is purely selfish in that I want to be the only one who ever stays at this amazing property.

Our family had a wonderful time here. It was absolutely perfect! Mary was amazing also. We all loved every minute at this home. Open, spacious and beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Wow, where to even begin. I stumbled on this property when I was looking for a place to host my family for my wedding. I wanted a place where we could all be together but also all have our own space. I wanted our week to be special but also intimate. I wanted luxury but also the feeling of a home away from home. From the moment I contacted Shayne about this property I was well cared for. They worked with me on our dates, our needs, our special requests. They went so far above and beyond to make this work for our wedding week that I truly can't write enough to describe it. The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Over the course of our seven days there they became like members of our family. From the top-notch meals to the smiles, to the surprise party our last night there, no detail was overlooked. I had 17 people to make happy, ranging in age from one year to 72 and not a single one wasn't cared for. Despite their different needs the staff made everyone feel special. The property is located half a block from the beach, next door to a fabulous massage place and coffee shop, and just a few blocks from the market. It is private yet welcoming. We truly loved every minute of our time there and can't recommend it enough. I almost put one star simply to make it easier for us to stay there in the future because with so many great reviews it will be hard to reserve it again. We will be back.
