-Parking: Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles. Please display your permits at all times during your stay.
-Towing: Towing is strictly enforced on the property without notice. If you misplace a parking permit during business hours, a replacement can be picked up from the resort office. After hours, please request a permit from onsite security or maintenance staff.
-No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
-Fireworks and Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are not permitted.
-Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age requirement is 25 years. For group bookings, all guests in the party must be 25 years of age or older. This policy does not apply to parents traveling with children. In those cases, at least one parent must be 25 years of age or older.
-Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required prior to your stay. The agreement will be emailed to you and may be returned by email, fax, or USPS.

The house is lovely. We would stay here again but there are a few things to keep in mind. 1) the house is the furtherest spot from the pools. You can walk but when it’s hot that’s not ideal. The shuttle service is nice but they run 1 shuttle and it takes a while for them to pick up. They say you can call to get them to come to you but that was not our experience. The shuttle drivers are very nice. 2) you WILL need pool bands unless you want to walk around to the beach area and come in that way because the people at those locations don’t care. You also cannot take chairs or boards thru the pool area. They will make you go around. 3) the pool area is very nice. They keep it pretty clean for the amount of people. 4) if you are going to cook a lot I would bring my own frying pan. 5) I did go to the spa one day and it is VERY nice. 6) one of the couples in our group went to 21 main and said it was just ok for the money. 7) used the washer and dryer every day and they were quick!

We had a wonderful time on our trip while at the Goldenrod House. The villa was very bright and clean and the decor was beautiful. We all really enjoyed the game room in the garage in the evenings, especially our nightly ping pong games! The resort shuttle made it quick and easy getting back and forth to the pool and beach.
