Behind an imposing carriage door in a listed medieval village, 45 minutes from Paris, this 1610 residence renovated by an interior designer displays 300 m² of elegance and contemporary comfort. Historic character, noble materials and top-of-the-range equipment, everything is there for an exceptional stay, with family, friends or in a professional setting.
The 30 m² kitchen is a real playground for lovers of good food: La Cornue stove, central island, steam oven, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, pastry processor, Nespresso machine, plate warming drawer... Everything is designed to cook with pleasure and entertain in style.
The 50 m² living room, organized around a historic fireplace, brings together a large reception area, a generous library and a large 3.60 m table to accommodate up to 12 guests in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
A 400-year-old solid wood staircase leads to the upper floors, where each bedroom has its own bathroom. The Master bedroom (40 m²+) is through and very bright: 160 cm bed, large desk, 7 meters of backlit dressing room, freestanding bathtub, large shower and separate toilet.
Bedroom 2 (18 m²) and bedroom 3 (27 m²) each offer a double bed, backlit dressing room and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 (16 m²) offers stunning views of the heights of the village, the forest and the medieval tower of Guy the Red. Bedroom 5 (22 m²), ideal for children or a group of friends, accommodates three single beds with en-suite shower rooms. 3 separate toilets on each floor, plus one in the Master bedroom.
At the back, a 150 m² tree-lined courtyard out of sight, a large barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor table for 12 people and rear gate for convenient access on foot. Cars cannot enter the courtyard Free parking on the street or in the public square 50 m away.
