The home features three comfortable bedrooms with two King beds and one Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. Two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone.
The bright, open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining space for shared meals, and a cozy living room where you can relax or stream your favorite shows.
Outside, enjoy your own private oasis with a sparkling pool and furnished patio, perfect for swimming, soaking up the sun, or enjoying morning coffee and evening drinks.
Conveniently located near downtown Punta Gorda, you'll be minutes from waterfront dining, boutique shopping, golf courses, boating, fishing, parks, and beautiful Gulf Coast beaches.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:
Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.
Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.
Televisions will be unplugged.
Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.
Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.
Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
