Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom, with additional sleeping space available on the living room sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and gather together.
Step outside to your own private oasis and enjoy the Florida sunshine from the pool or outdoor seating area. The saltwater swimming pool is perfect for swimming, cooling off, or relaxing throughout your stay. Pool is heated to 80 from October 1st through May 1st, providing added comfort during the cooler months.

Our cancellation and refund policy remains unchanged. If the home remains habitable, refunds will not be issued. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for additional protection and peace of mind when traveling during hurricane season.
If a named storm is forecast for the area, our local team may take necessary property-protection measures, when conditions and circumstances allow. These preparations may include securing outdoor furniture, trash cans, and other items, unplugging televisions, turning off ice makers, and closing electric storm shutters. Any necessary preparations will be handled by our team, so guests can focus on enjoying their stay and staying informed about local weather conditions.
Please note: Manual storm shutters are installed by the homeowners at their digression if available.
