The Space:

Welcome to Smoky Mountain Basecamp — a newly renovated, three-level retreat designed for unforgettable family vacations, group getaways, and mountain adventures. Nestled among scenic woods, this spacious cabin features 3 king bedrooms, 6 twin beds, and room for everyone to spread out and relax.



Start mornings with coffee on one of two private decks overlooking the trees, spend your days exploring Gatlinburg and the Smokies, then unwind in the hot tub under the stars or gather around the fire pit for stories and s’mores. Inside, enjoy game nights with foosball and arcade basketball, prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or retreat to the private suite featuring its own kitchenette for added comfort and flexibility.



Whether you’re planning a family reunion, couples trip, or adventure-filled weekend, Smoky Mountain Basecamp offers the perfect balance of modern comfort, entertainment, and peaceful mountain living — all just minutes from Gatlinburg’s attractions.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, dining area, and outdoor areas shown in the listing photos. The home is yours to enjoy privately and comfortably for the duration of your visit.

Located in a quiet residential area near shops, restaurants, and all that Gatlinburg has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around by car is the most efficient way to get around.

LONG TERM STAYS:

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to account for the additional time and effort required to thoroughly prepare the space after an extended stay. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay.
