This studio has a welcoming rest area and lounge with a single sofa bed, creating a practical and comfortable environment. The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the main space, provides spaciousness and functionality, whilst maintaining a modern and contemporary aesthetic.
The bathroom features a shower tray and contemporary finishes that combine design and comfort. Warm lighting and decorative details in earth and natural tones create a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Thanks to the open layout, the studios offer a pleasant and very welcoming environment to enjoy your stay.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation. Please note: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Building works will be carried out until further notice, we apologise for any inconvenience.
