Surroundings
The small Provençal village of Murs is about 4 km away and charms visitors with its peaceful, authentic atmosphere. Surrounded by lavender fields, forests, and the Luberon’s characteristic rocky landscapes, the region is ideal for walks, hikes, and excursions to the surrounding villages.
The well-known towns of Gordes and Joucas are also within easy reach and offer lovely restaurants, cafés, and Provençal charm.
Garden and Property
The garden is laid out in terraces and is therefore not completely level, offering a particularly beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool (9 x 5 m with a depth of 1.8 m) from the terrace. The well-maintained property is planted with trees, creating a pleasant, green atmosphere. The terrace features lounge chairs, a table with chairs, and a barbecue. A pergola also provides pleasant shade on warm summer days.
The Property
Ground Floor
The living and dining area is accessible via the terrace or the front entrance on the other side of the house. There you’ll find a dining table, a couch, and several armchairs for relaxing. The open-concept kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
A door leads to the first bedroom, which features a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Thanks to the built-in closets, the room offers plenty of storage space for clothes.
1st Floor
A somewhat steep staircase leads to the first floor. There are two additional bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a small balcony.
There is also a second bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Good to Know
The nearest shopping options are in Gordes, about a 7-minute drive away, or in Joucas, about a 15-minute drive away. Larger shopping trips can be made in Apt, about a 30-minute drive away.
There is no parking directly on the property. However, one vehicle can be parked in front of the house, and there is additional parking available below the house. Access is via a small road with potholes. Careful driving is recommended, but there are no particular difficulties.
There is also an entrance gate at the lower end of the property that leads directly to the lower part of the garden. From there, you can also enter the house via the terrace.
The toilets are composting toilets.
