Q: How do I check in?
A: Your key is a digital one, claimed in the Keyless app using the booking reference we send you. No physical keys to collect. One of our team will usually meet you at reception for that first check-in, then you come and go as you please.
Q: Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
A: Where availability allows. Ask us before you arrive, and extra charges may apply.
Q: Is there free parking?
A: Yes, two bays are reserved for you. Your parking cards are inside the apartment, next to the welcome tray.

5. Damages
Please treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
6. Occupancy Limits
As indicated in your booking, the property has a strict occupancy limit. Only registered guests are allowed to stay.
