About this house rental
60 m2 cottage adjoining our accommodation with independent entrance and private garden.
Sheets, cleaning and towels included.
Completely renovated. It will seduce you with its simple and warm decoration, in a natural setting. Designed for families, you will find everything you need for your children.
The cottage is set in an old farmhouse rehabilitated in the local style. It is heated largely by solar and wood.
The accommodation
The main room composed of a kitchen/dining/living room has a dining area with a large table for 6 people and a sofa.
Sheets, towels (1 bath towel per person) and cleaning are included in the price.
You will find a base of products on site: dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, sponges, cleaning products, coffee filter, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish towels, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper.PGJyPg�PGJyPgCentral heating guarantees you a constant temperature. A wood stove serves as an extra stove for those who are very cold or for the pleasure of snuggling up by the fire (wood provided).PGJyPg
Upstairs, in a first bedroom open to the stairs, you will find 1 double bed (or 2 small ones according to your choice).
In the second, you will find a double bed (same, or two according to your choice), a 2-seater bunk bed, a closet and enough space to put a travel cot.
Please note: the bunk beds can only support small children, children or adults under 60 kg.
The beds are modular:
- 6 small beds of 80x200
- 2 large beds of 160x200 and 2 small beds of 80X200
The bathroom is set up in the old vaulted sheepfold. A large washbasin area and a separate shower with washbasin and a separate toilet will allow everyone to have sufficient space.
From 5 guests, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower is also open to you.
The private garden is conducive to tranquility and games. It is completely enclosed to allow your little ones to play in complete safety.
A 6-seater outdoor table, 4 deckchairs, a barbecue and a parasol are at your disposal.
Travellers have access to an adjoining unheated area to leave their skis or mountain equipment. A shared laundry room with a washing machine is available, as well as a covered outdoor laundry rack.
Pets are not allowed. The accommodations are non-smoking.
Exteriors
The house is located at the bottom of the village, in a large farmhouse with exposed stones. The view is unobstructed and overlooks the bottom of the Molines valley, located 6km away, entrance to the Écrins National Park.
The piste ski resorts of Ancelle, Chaillol, St Léger, and Laye are about 2O minutes away by car and Orcières Merlette 50 minutes away.PGJyPg
From the cottage you can leave directly on foot on the GR50 to go around the old Chaillol, or by bike on the greenway (both pass in front of the house).
Many other hikes are available to you nearby. An IGN map is at your disposal. We are both mountain enthusiasts and we can advise you if needed.
A private parking space is reserved for accommodation and free public parking is located 200m away if you have a second vehicle (in principle, no safety problem, the village has 150 inhabitants...)
Amenities:
There are no shops in the village, only an associative café and a post office. To refuel, everything is in Saint Bonnet en Champsaur (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, restaurants) only 6km away.PGJyPg
