Walkable to downtown.
Neighborhood is a charming place with some of the best food in Kansas City. Parking is not a problem and you can do so right in front of the building.
This original building was built in 1887 and was part of the first development in Kansas City. The builder of the extensive remodel, Hickok Homes` is an award winning custom home builder who is a 5th generation decent of Napoleon Dible who built the entire south side of Ward Parkway on the Country Club Plaza in the early 1900`s.
-Please note all reservations includes a 3% non refundable credit card fee.
-A $500 security deposit will be held on the card upon check-in and will be released two days after check out considering that there are no damages or violations to the policy.
You will be fined 1000 for any parties that are thrown in the home.
Any damaged property in the unit you will be subject to charge of the item.
