No detail missed in this brand new home away from home with white oak floors, quartz counters. Tasteful light selection, paint colors, art, and tile. Perfect get away or long term stay. Walking distance to Kansas City`s best Italian Restaurant, Garrozos, famous Vietnam Cafe, and Happy Gillis.

Historic Columbus park is the oldest neighborhood in Kansas City. I have renovated this place to be completely brand new everything. Mafia tunnels in basement.

This original building was built in 1887 and was part of the first development in Kansas City. The builder of the extensive remodel, Hickok Homes` is an award winning custom home builder who is a 5th generation decent of Napoleon Dible who built the entire south side of Ward Parkway on the Country Club Plaza in the early 1900`s.
-Please note all reservations includes a 3% non refundable credit card fee.
-A $500 security deposit will be held on the card upon check-in and will be released two days after check out considering that there are no damages or violations to the policy
NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND OR YOU WILL BE FINED 1000 FOR DAMAGES.
Put dishes in dishwasher before leaving.
Put bed sheets and used towels in washer and start cycle before leaving.
Please throw trash away.
Any damaged property in the unit you will be subject to charge of the item.
