The home offers several inviting outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment, including an above-ground pool, currently 85 degrees, hot tub, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a gated driveway with parking for up to 3 cars. Guests can also enjoy the home gym located in the garage.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features premium Viking appliances. French doors from the living area open onto the front deck, where an outdoor dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. The side yard includes a gas BBQ, charcoal Weber grill, and Blackstone propane griddle — perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The hot tub is also located in the side yard.
Inside, the living space is thoughtfully decorated with a relaxed beach-house style. The indoor dining table seats 6, while the kitchen island accommodates an additional 3 guests.
