Welcome to your tranquil coastal retreat prominently located in the gated Ritz Pointe community nestled in the resort zone of Monarch Beach. It steps from the Waldorf Astoria's Monarch Beach Resort and golf club, a short walk to Monarch Beach. The home is a secluded corner lot with a private backyard perfect for entertaining or relaxing amidst tropically inspired outdoor landscaping. The interior of the home is light and airy with a family-friendly layout, full kitchen, and ample living space.

The second story has two bedrooms sharing a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The master suite is separates from the two bedrooms by a great room which has two futons perfect for extra sleeping accomodations. The master suite includes a large bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. The entire house is very light, bright, and airy, and it gets a soothing sea breeze keeping the area comfortable year round.
