About this house rental
Enjoy a spacious 3 story townhome with a game room & office that`s walkable to Cary`s Fenton shopping area. This home is central to everything Raleigh & Cary have to offer. Recently renovated in a quiet townhome neighborhood with mature landscaping.
The space
Entering on the 2nd level:
The front door leads you to the middle floor which has a half bathroom, hall closet, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and living room with a smart tv. The dining room has glass double doors that lead to an outdoor dining area and outdoor stairs that take you to the patio and another basement entrance.
Top Floor (3rd level):
The master bedroom offers a king bed, smart tv, and an accent chair, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, and a built in desk, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart tv. All bedrooms feature spacious closets for ample storage. The master room has its own separate bathroom with a standup shower, and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.
Basement (1st floor):
This level features an open game room (foosball table, air hockey, card table, and board games), a separate office space that can be closed off with a door, a half bath, and an entrance to the patio area.
($150 Pet Fee automatically applied when pets are listed as members under the reservation. Dogs only. No cats allowed. 2 dogs max.)
Unique features:
From the outdoor back gate, you will see a pathway to the Fenton shopping center. Very close, 2 minute walk - so much fun!
