LOCATION!!! Desirable Cary/Morrisville with so many conveniences and options for families. This new construction open concept home looks like a model home but set up to live in comfort. Direct access to Cary Greenway walk/bike path from front door for families and pets. Wood floors on the main level, garage, private office/study nook, three bedrooms upstairs and bonus loft with double bed and TV. Off Aviation Parkway-4 miles to RDU Airport. Two miles from I-40 and I-540 makes traveling to RTP and surrounding cities easy. Variety of grocery, restaurants, state parks, and lakes within 2 miles. Can’t beat luxury in a prime convenient location! Only some pets will be considered.

We only got to enjoy the property for a short time but will definitely keep on my list as I travel to Raleigh on a regular basis and need accommodations for 8 people ! Very comfortable and clean!
