Ideally located just 100 meters from La Grière beach, this fully renovated apartment is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay in La Tranche-sur-Mer. Independent and on the ground floor of a family house, you access it through a pine garden.



The apartment features a living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a double bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Outside, enjoy a courtyard with a dining area.



The apartment has been carefully prepared—please respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but these services are available as an option for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, certain rules must be followed before departure: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away the dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, empty bins, and remove all trash.



The apartment is on the ground floor of a family home. The insulation is excellent, so you won’t hear any noise, but you may see the owners in the garden—don’t be surprised.

Glass, cans, cardboard, plastic, and household waste must be disposed of in the recycling bins provided by the town. A card for access to the waste collection points will be given to you upon arrival.
