The house includes a bedroom with a double bed 140x200, another room equipped with a bunk bed that can accommodate 3 beds 90x190, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed 160x200, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.
For your comfort, you will have many facilities: Wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and much more.
Private parking is available on the property, reserved for one vehicle only. Free public parking is also available outside.
Sheets and towels are provided at an extra charge, to ensure a hassle-free arrival.
Enjoy two terraces, one sheltered from the wind, ideal for outdoor barbecues. The garden and enclosed 450 m2 offers a space of tranquility and relaxation. In the shed, you will find the cushions for the outdoor furniture, chairs, a table, a parasol, a barbecue and even games for children.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort, it has several schools and a superb body of water to learn how to windsurf, boat, surf. Tennis courts. A large skate park as well as a playground and the municipal swimming pool are the delight of young and old.
