THE SPACE
The property is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 11 guests, with the possibility of adding a cot for children aged 0–2 years. The interiors have been carefully renovated, preserving the authentic character of the house while combining tradition with modern comfort.
Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room on the first floor, and spacious, bright areas designed for sharing and relaxation.
There are five bedrooms in total (four double rooms and one triple room), all comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, ideal for large families or groups of friends. The three bathrooms are functional and well distributed, ensuring convenience throughout the stay.
Outside, the large private garden is one of the highlights of the property: a generous green space perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or spending time together. There is also a children’s play area, allowing kids to enjoy the outdoors safely.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and are always available to provide assistance and local recommendations, such as fresh pasta courses, sailing trips, and wine tastings.
Pets are welcome; guests are kindly asked to provide everything needed for their care during the stay, and a supplement applies.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Air conditioning is available on request for an additional fee. A separate annex is also present and rented independently for small events.
THE AREA
The surroundings are immersed in the Marche countryside, with rolling hills, olive groves, and open landscapes offering a peaceful natural setting. Pesaro (about 10 minutes), Gradara (25 minutes), Urbino (40 minutes), and San Marino (50 minutes) are all easily reachable. Nearby villages include Mondaino, Montegridolfo, Mombaroccio, and Mondavio, rich in history and local traditions.
The Adriatic coast is also close by: Pesaro is just 10 minutes away, while Gabicce Mare and Cattolica offer sandy beaches and lively seafront promenades.
Nature lovers can explore the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, with scenic hiking and cycling trails and charming villages such as Fiorenzuola di Focara and Castel di Mezzo.
GETTING AROUND
A car is the most convenient way to explore the area, offering full flexibility to visit the coast, villages, and natural landscapes. Pesaro train station is about 10 minutes away, while Cattolica station is 25–30 minutes away, with connections to major Italian cities.
The nearest airports are Rimini (about 45 km) and Ancona (about 75 km), both easily reachable by car.
