Newly built house at 1350 meters above sea level (2019 with 4 apartments), centrally located, with a private garage and barrier-free access to the apartment via elevator.
The shower is a walk-in shower. (Note: Due to space limitations, the shower is not wheelchair accessible.) The kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, invites you to cook creatively and relax. Both bedrooms feature custom-made Swiss pine furniture crafted by a local carpenter.
