About this apartment rental
Relax on vacation or work from home in the foothills of the Catalina mountains. Enjoy stunning mountain views as you unwind on the patio. This updated and stylish condo is located on the 2nd level in Veranda at Ventana, a private gated community with pool and fitness center, walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
Living space:
Kitchen is newly remodeled with SubZero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, new oven/stove and farmhouse apron sink.
Deck is set up for mountain viewing enjoyment with high top chairs and a wheeled table/bar cart. Deck can be accessed from the living room or the bedroom.
Living room has a large screen smart TV with high speed internet for streaming (3 packages included) plus cable.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, walk in closet and en-suite bath.
Second room is set up with a queen sofa bed and office desk with a large screen monitor for working from home, plus a walk in closet.
Laundry room with new washer and dryer is next to the kitchen.
Plenty of closet space in all rooms, plus coat closet in living room and linen closet in hallway.
Provisions: We provide two rolls of toilet paper towels in each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, dish detergent and cleaning supplies. Bed will be made up upon your arrival and extra sheets and blankets are available for the sofa bed.
