About this apartment rental
Spacious Condominium near Ventana Canyon features all-new tile floors and furniture. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ground-floor end unit, Corian Countertops, Wi-Fi, DirecTV Cable (Living room and master BR) with over 130 channels, and a covered parking space.
The unit is equipped with:
-Reverse Osmosis System
- Smart Tv's
- Coffee Maker
- Toaster Oven
- Blender
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ Cooking utensils
Hiking, Parks, Restaurants, Banks, Gas stations, and Grocery stores all within 5 minutes driving.
NOTE: There is 3 steps down from the parking lot and 3 steps up to get into the condo.
Also, you may hear footsteps or noises (from pipes) since there is a unit above the condo (used by snowbirds, Nov-Apr approx.).
I will provide:
2 soap bars per bathroom
2 paper rolls per bathroom
2 0.7 Oz shampoo and conditioner per bathroom
1 paper towel in the kitchen
6 Bath towels
6 Beach towels
6 Hand towels
6 Wash towels
Trash bags and dishwasher detergent will also be provided.
4 complementary 16.9 oz. bottles of water

Thank you Marcelo - We had a great stay at your property. As advertised, it was conveniently located by the pool, grill and workout facility. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the reverse osmosis system was much appreciated. We’ll be back again!

We really liked the condo! The only trouble we had was the combination to the door didn’t work when we got there, but as soon as we got ahold of the host (which took a phone call from the upstairs neighbor), he provided new codes and we were able to get in. Communication (other than at the moment we arrived) was great throughout. Overall, great value!! We will probably ask to stay here again next time.
