Please note:
• Only 1 vehicle is included with the reservation
• The valet garage cannot accommodate a second vehicle
• Nearby street parking and paid parking lots are available for additional cars

Restricted vehicles in the valet garage include:
- Vehicles with breathalyzer systems
- Unsafe or modified controls/brakes
- Large vehicles such as sprinter vans or passenger vans (10+ passengers)
- Vehicles exceeding the 6`8 height limit
- Dually trucks or service trucks with oversized wheel setups
- Lifted vehicles or vehicles with oversized aftermarket rims/tires
- Motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-style controls

For added peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with a smart lock system for secure and convenient entry.

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property.

- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
