The apartment can accommodate up to 11 guests across 5 beds, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. On top of the fully furnished apartment, you`ll also have access to an impressive selection of building amenities.

- 1 Queen Bed, 4 Full Size Beds (2 bunk beds), and 1 Twin air mattress

Important: This is a traditional 1BR/1BA apartment. The `2nd bedroom` is actually part of the common living area and contains the additional Full Size bunk bed. This setup provides additional sleeping space but is not a separate bedroom.

- Seasonal communal pool, typically open March through October/November. Pool is usually closed Mondays and occasionally Tuesdays for deep cleaning. Weather and building policies may also affect pool availability.

- Cinema, game room, and art room are generally open weekdays from 8:30-AM–4:00 PM CST and closed evenings and weekends

VALET PARKING
- 1 parking space included with 24/7 valet service
- The valet garage cannot accommodate a second vehicle. Nearby street parking and paid parking lots are available for additional vehicles.

The following are not permitted:
- Vehicles with breathalyzers, unsafe/improvised controls, or faulty brakes
- Sprinter vans, extended vans, vehicles carrying 10+ passengers, or vehicles taller than 6`8`
- Dually or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or external containers
- Aftermarket-lifted vehicles or vehicles with oversized custom rims/tires
- Motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-type controls

SECURITY DEPOSIT
- A $300 pre-authorization/security deposit is required before check-in, this is just a temporary hold on your credit card

- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
