In the living room, find a comfortable sofa area with a smart TV large screen. The dining area accommodates 6 people. In the extension, the American kitchen is fully equipped, with everything necessary to cook whatever the length of your stay. All of these spaces directly overlook the west facing garden, which goes around the apartment. There is an outdoor dining area, ideal for lunches or summer parties.The garden also provides direct access to the parking lot, where the apartment has a double seat. On the night side, the apartment consists of three bedrooms: Two bedrooms with queen size bed (160x200 cm), one with access to the east side garden. A third bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and smart TV. Two Italian shower rooms and a toilet complete the set.
