Free reserved parking for one car on premises, and additional parking can be accommodated!
Please note we have a Ring doorbell outside the front door for security purposes.
We provide free laundry credits for our guests to use the laundry machines provided!

🔸No parties or events at any time, including loud music or unregistered visitors.
🔸Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be mindful of neighbors and community guidelines.
🔸No smoking inside the unit or directly outside the entrance.
🔸Furniture must remain in its original placement; rearranging is not allowed.
🔸Respect check-in and check-out times — early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval. Comes with a $45 fee.
🔸Pets are not allowed.
🔸Registered guests only — only guests on the reservation may access the property. If you will have visitors, please let us know.
🔸Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly.
🔐 Pre-Arrival Requirements
To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, the primary guest will be required to complete our online pre-arrival verification before check-in, which includes:
- Providing a valid government-issued ID for verification
- Signing the Rental Agreement
- Completing the required security deposit
These steps can be completed securely online through the personal Guest Portal provided after booking. Completion is required to access the check-in instructions and property access information.
⚠️Important Note:
Violations of the house rules, including but not limited to parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, or excessive disturbances, may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of up to $500 per violation, as permitted by Airbnb policies.
Security Deposit:
A damage deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days before arrival. This will be collected and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, assuming no policy violations. Your deposit will be refunded, subject to a property inspection.

To help us provide a comfortable stay while using energy responsibly, we kindly ask our guests to observe the following during their stay:
🔸Please turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the property or when it is not in use.
🔸Keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running to ensure it operates efficiently.
🔸Turn off lights, TVs, and other electrical appliances when they are not being used.
🔸For safety reasons, please avoid using hair dryers or other high-powered electrical appliances inside the bathroom. Kindly use them in the bedroom or another dry area outside the bathroom.
🔸Unplug small appliances and chargers after use whenever possible.
