I liked not paying an arm and a leg for an en suite room in Chicago! I liked being able to utilize the kitchen. I particularly liked my interactions with Christopher who one might call a "volunteer staff member." He is a long-time resident who helps out tremendously. I also met the hostess who was friendly and helpful in helping me to find her place and to park.
I think the place could use a couch. There were a few comfortable chairs, but I think there's room for more seating. There were a few things in my room in need of repair—the curtain rod and some shelves in the closet.

Space: The room space is very large.
• Safety & Privacy: At night, I heard noises outside and opened the balcony curtains. To my shock, I saw someone lying on the balcony lounger. After a while, I heard noises again and found someone squatting nearby using their phone. It was terrifying and completely unacceptable for security.
