You will find 4 large bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor with its private shower room, practical for more autonomy.
In addition, you benefit from an additional room equipped with a desk and a large screen to telework in peace.
Upstairs, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub for your comfort.

Each floor has a separate toilet to make everyday life easier for the whole family.

The living room, open and bathed in light, brings together a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen to share good times together.

On sunny days, enjoy the enclosed garden and the large terrace equipped for meals, children's games or evenings around the plancha. A garage is available for bicycles and equipment, as well as a private courtyard that can accommodate three cars. It is also possible to park for free in the surrounding streets.
