Charming holiday home in a gated Valras / Vendres-Plage in Herault between Beziers and Narbonne
MAX villa for 5 people, assigned parking at the Villa
At 800 meters from the sea (very nice ride to get there on foot)
300 mothers from shops: baker - well stocked Grocery Petit Casino etc ....
In the residence, swimming pool reserved to the residence, petanque, football, basketball, table tennis, (pool and paddling pool open from early April to late September) .Wifi available in the residence.
The beach is accessible on foot.(no car)
Access to the residence with badge and code to gate.

ground floor, kitchen fridge freezer, living room flat screen TV sofa, bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Upstairs a large bedroom with closet.
Outside private garden, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchair.

Nearby: sports, cultural events all summer with regular shuttle. Canal du Midi, Narbonne for its cathedral, the city of Carcassonne, Pézénas historic city.
To eat fresh fish port and fishermen restaurant.
Base for water sports nearby.
Possibility of rent by the week, month, or more.
Rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday.
